However, other issues arise with such formats, like adjudication, getting home late, etc. <br /><br />The Club does a good job compromising by sprinkling in various time controls. That's why I have not lobbied for slow unless asked. I really appreciate when a fast and a slow tournament is run side by side, giving a player a choice of time controls, which means the TD doesn't go home until the last of the slow games is finished.
