Gambito Open #585 November Super 11/03/12
32 players today, here they are in rating order :
2 Masters: Cyrus Lakdawala and Bruce Baker
11 Experts: Paul Agron, Raoul Crisologo, Aaron Wooten, Jamieson Pryor, Jim Humphrey, Leonard Sussman, Ben Barquin, Jeff Turner, Elkaei Rivera, Bud Stamper and Chris Wonnell.
A little light on the masters (no Griffith, Aldama or Graves), but I think that was a record number of Experts!
5 Class A: Sridhar Ramanujam, Jason Arbeiter, Jay Choi, Jerry Qu and Chuck Ensey (playing up, currently only 1781 and I lost more points today, sigh; I was up two pieces against Elkaei and lost, groan. I don't mind losing to Experts, but I should have been able to hold that one, but to Elkaei's credit, he hung in there and pulled it out. I used to say never resign against me, I have blown so many games and I guess that bad habit is still haunting me!)
6 Class B: Jerry Cupat, Marco Gonzalez, William Wijaya, Rolando Ignacio, Boris Polonsky and Anthony Harbone
5 Class C: David Narevsky, Alex Costello, Cassidy Liu, David Palmer and Fred Cleveland
3 Class E: Patrick Edwards, Ganesh Dekate and Chase Finch (unr)
